Join Groundswell Joy Collective as we bring elements of community Song & Dance and collective puppet making to DBQFest—an arts festival celebrating music, art, and culture for all ages. Join us at 2:15 for community singing and a snake dance through the park with the larger-than-life Snake Puppet from Brigid’s Flame, and then from 2:30-5, craft a puppet that will be used in next year’s production at our puppet making station!
