Church of the Oak is a spiritual community of practice seeking to connect with the living world as kin and to deepen into intimate relationship with the land, the water, the air, and the creatures with whom we share our homes. We feel compelled by love to heal those parts of our relationship with the Earth that have been distorted by colonization. Our gatherings offer opportunities for contemplation, grief and gratitude, movement and song, solo wandering and wondering, advocacy, ecological restoration and activism on behalf of and in collaboration with the beloved others in our watersheds. We gather outside on each Solstice, Equinox, and Cross Quarter, as well as other sacred times of the year.

Summer Solstice: Saturday, June 20, 6:30-8:30 (Potluck at 6), Casper Bluff, Galena, IL. Potluck at 6 - please bring a dish to share as well as your own dishware.

Lammas: Saturday, August 1, 5:30-7, Little Platte Catholic Worker Farm, Platteville, WI. Potluck at 6 - please bring a dish to share as well as your own dishware.

Fall Equinox: Tuesday, September 22, 6-8, Sinsinawa Mound, Sinsinawa, WI. Potluck at 5:30 - please bring a dish to share as well as your own dishware.
