“Wild Church is an emerging yet ancient spiritual practice of connecting with the living world as kin. [It] is a place to connect with others who are remembering our sacred place in the web of life and returning to a spirituality connected with the soil, trees, waters, and creatures of all kinds, human and more-than-human.

Church of the Oak
a community within the Wild Church Network
Church of the Oak is a spiritual community of practice seeking to connect with the living world as kin and to deepen into intimate relationship with the land, the water, the air, and the creatures with whom we share our homes. Our gatherings offer opportunities for contemplation and song, grief and gratitude, solo wandering, ecological restoration and activism on behalf of and in collaboration with the beloved others in our watersheds. We gather outside on each Solstice, Equinox, and Cross Quarter, as well as other sacred times of the year.
While Church of the Oak can and does serve as a primary spiritual community for some, many other participants continue to remain committed members of their faith traditions.
